GCA5 handles Languages as their own type of data, different from Advantages. So Languages that are added from the Languages list can only appear in the Languages places on the character, and anything added as an Advantage can not appear in the Languages places.

So, the question is, how is it that you're adding Advantages that are supposed to be Languages?

To fix it, you basically have to change those languages that are in the data files as Advantages into Languages, instead. This is not something you can fix on the character.
