Hi! I just started playing the illuminat and it is great!

I have a couple of questions regarding the rules when it comes to a complex scenario

The Society of Assassins needs to control 6(dependent on what version you have) violent groups. There is a group called "Orbital Mind Control Lasers"

Can assassins win by using the "Orbital Mind Control Lasers" to change a violent group and then take control over it, to get to the goal?

Can assassins win by doing the change with laser group on their own groups to get to the goal of 6?
