Eh, I'd chalk it up to breakfast not traveling far culturally, and perhaps in part because I'm usually stuck with "fast" breakfast. Never seen it on a breakfast menu as far as I can recall though.

If there's one thing I'm sure of is that even though 9/10 odds seems OK, it's still entirely too often.
On the other hand the only thing I can imagine dropping easily is talent by three levels or a level of DX...
