587 points so, you need 100 points in disads, and are kind of a one-trick pony. But what a trick!
10 free 5d6+5 Stone Missles per turn! BLARGH! With... the Psychic Guidance Perk, you target as if you have skill 30 to hit. ZOMG!!!
Take Missle Shield-20 and Reduced Footprint (Missle Shield) to have all day protection from bullets. Eat it, Sniper and Gatling Gun!
Not a very economic build: You create, each turn, 5 cubic yards of earth, and turn each cubic yard of earth to stone. It cost you nothing, and you can still act as a normal person, and you won't get tired. Should take you: 94 years...hrmmm... to make a 1 mile square island...well, darn.* In combat you sweep for smaller baddies.
