I agree, I liked your suggestion. Indeed -1% is no limitation.
Also, limitations Dance -40% and Song -40% (B66-67, Magery) would be:
- both Dance and Song = -80%
- either Dance or Song = -15% (16, rounded)
Averaging them and dividing again by the number of options would give -20% for "Dance or Song", and -5% for "gestures or words", sounds good.
