Due to the fact there are less halflings than goblins, Halflings now only speek their own language in private among themselves, so they are almost all at least bilingual speaking the Human language that has become the common tongue in the shielded-lands. Where as Goblin's dialect of the language has spread in the Warpedlands especially among the "Warped ones" (Anthro races that base races was an animals pre-warping) that did not originally have their own language.

As for The Goblins's style they are dominantly Warg riders So a Shield and Spear style?
