There’s some great food for thought here, especially since I tend to do a lot with angels of Destiny and Children. Your last section is something that the all-too-few Servitors of Christopher try to keep on Heaven’s radar screen: that children are a vital and vulnerable battlefield who need to be protected but also allowed to grow and become strong … and that is a challenging compromise.

(Side note: In my own campaign canon, the Angel of Adolescence is a Malakite … it’s a time when the forging of young character reaches a crucial point, an age that quickly notices promise-keepers and hypocrites … and one where demons of the most “adult” sins think they’ll find easy meat and become especially vulnerable to one of Heaven’s Terminators.)
