Design notes:
The powers under “PSI” have a -10% psi modifier (except perks) and feature no signature (except for striking ST).
The character features combat reflexes and enhanced time sense. The calculation was 15 points for Combat Reflexes (mundane) plus 30 enhanced time sense (psi); since the enhanced time sense “component” is PSI based it also considers a -10% modifier (then it’s 27). I did not stack/overlap the combat reflexes/enhanced time sense bonuses to parry, dodge, and so on
The innate attack is a blade of PSI energy that deals cutting damage, it works with karate (modified with "melee" and "st-based" (+100%) for Karate bonus); it has no signature, it is reflexive and has armor divisor of 10.
Danger sense and vibration sense have reliable 4.
