I probably wouldn't bother with changing anything that isn't accounted for in seconds. I'm not sure I've ever had a GURPS combat that lasted more than 30 turns.

Well, sure. The sprint bonus should probably be +100% or more. Which makes it consistent with enhanced move, which already applies +100% per turn.
