The
GURPS IN Nomine book includes a canonical means of converting between Third Edition GURPS and IN. If I recall correctly, the adventures and the single-Superior PDF releases also include conversions for NPCs and new abilities. (I'm sure Rob Kelk or AA Beth will correct me if I've forgotten something.)
So far as I know, no one has created a Fourth Edition conversion yet, though it's a project I've pondered from time to time.
