For "1", if the Hunk rolls a shotgun, he can save either the hottie or santa. I have always played he could rescue both with the double shotgun.

For "2", you keep the Helmet on the table to remind you it takes 4 shotguns to kill you, rather than 3. You are always rolling 3 dice, so I am not sure what your question about 2 dice is.

For "3", you keep the energy drink on the table. For the rest of your turn, you always turn green feet into brains.
