During the End - How to Save Knowledge Mechanics
For my ongoing campaign, the world will be destroyed preparing the scenery for a Dungeon Fantasy faux-medieval setting.
During the process I want the PCs to be able to hold modern-day knowledge (TL 8), but not in all areas.
I thought about giving them some points to distribute around the four tech trees from B511 (Transportation, Weapons and Armor, Power and Biotechnology/Medicine).
Something like 3 or 4 points and they can distribute as they see fit.
Have anyone done that before? Or something similar?
I'm all open for ideas how to do it.
