Steve Jackson Games Forums - View Single Post - Friendship filter and Magic Lamp. Priority?

Let's say I draw a door and I'm fighting a monster that cannot win. I have a visible Magic Lamp(or any card that gives you the monster's treasures) and another player has the friendship potion(or any card that removes the monsters). Which one has the priority to play his card first? As long as each card has no use,if the other card has been played. Does the player whose turn is,has few seconds to decide what to do or anyone can play cards against him at any time,as long as he opens a monster card face up?

ps:of course I meant Friendship potion,but I don't know how to edit the title
