I'd Eyeball Multiple Parry bonus Only at -50%.

No Multiple Parry Bonus is generally said to be -20% (such as if you already have Trained by a Master) and you are missing out on a lot of Weapon Master if all you get is the multiple parry bonus. I am even tempted to say -60%, but to be fair, it's still pretty good at half price.
