While Spider-Man has been handled a lot more consistently than, say, Superman (I'm ignoring "Spidey Super Stories"), things like that are going to vary by the particular comic/TV episode/movie.
For example, in
Spider-Man (1967-1970 animated), in several episodes (if not the whole series), I'm not sure if anyone ever hit anybody.
But, to keep this thread on topic,
GURPS can handle any of the Spider-Man's I've seen.
