Updated the list for all mentioned cards and cards I got from kickstarter (re-released cards with new munchkin.game url).

As a note, if you receive cards you have seen before, double check the list for them to confirm if they are among the newly reprinted/ url’d cards. Even if you don’t want/keep the new versions please let me/us here know they exist.
