Even if this has less divergence with Homeline history (European history seems pretty much the same), Infinity would bunch the two together, making this Midgard-2.

From my quick read of the setting, I see a vast difference.
Midgard has both Europe and North America Pagan and Norse. In
Vinland a Pagan Norse North America is in conflict with a Christian Europe.
