Did you mean just something that says what each character position is, or something that also lists what they mean i.e. what number means a "Feudal technocracy" government, etc.
For the first I just printed out page 16 from the Megatraveller Referee's Manual as a quick reference. (It is on Drivethrurpg for $10, but that's a lot for one page.*)
Something else which gives the same thing that I found online is

For the latter there is a one-page summary from the T20 (Traveller D20, Traveller20) gamemaster's screen I got on the T20 CD-ROM. It is on Drivthrurpg as "D20-S2 Referee Screen for Traveller 20" for $6.* It is an OCR'd scan, so the quality is not perfect, but pretty good.
There may be similar pages in the referee's screens for the other rules systems, I haven't checked.
*While Drivethrurpg is convenient, you get better value for most Traveller books by buying the CD-ROMs directly from Marc Miller at farfuture dot net
