So a friend of mine (and my most dedicated players if I may add) is considering purchasing a Mosin-Nagant M/28-30 that's been dated to 1941 and I was wondering just how this Finnish mosin varies from the standard rifle given in high-tech if any of the changes are noticeable enough to garner different stats of course.
