Click the Report Post button (the little triangle ! icon on the left side of the post, at the bottom of the name and avatar block, next to the online indicator).

One report is generally sufficient for an obvious spammer, as they'll be bulk deleted when a full mod gets online. Oftentimes a junior mod will spam ban the poster before then, but we can't actually delete the posts.
