Is it implied that "Standing against a charge" only applies to polemen that are not engaged already (at least not newly engaged)?
In the past I have played this both ways. Curious to see what others think on this topic.

As long as he didn't have to change facing, I'd let the previously engaged poleman defend against the charge if he hadn't already acted that turn.
