Re: Malfunction - shouldn't it also apply to all TL4+ devices?
Currently I had all weapons maintain their current Malf# but added the 'ver' to each one. As written, the Malf# is way to high in my opinion..
I also leaning to all TL4+ devices having a Base Malf# based on TL as usual.
