Maybe this was sneaky on my part but I did explicitly include character tiers as the third option. Really though, I talked about using attribute total as a talent prerequisite
quite a while ago (and I'm sure other people have thought of it), so I'm with you on "character tiers". I have no problem giving names to attribute ranges used for talent prereqs.
