I find the skills that take 33 seconds to activate so limited to be next to unusable. I've gotten around that a few times with a penalty reduction feature on customized Masterful Training, priced as a medium group rather than small, just because of the potency of these skills...

Another alternative to help with these is a level of Compartmentalized Mind or ATR to squeeze in some concentration time.

I'm a big fan of Flight (only in contact with a surface) for Speedster builds... Run your character right across that lake or up a wall.
