It is called "moral turpitude" and a teacher (or anyone that has contact with children especially small children) can be fired on that basis. So yes, her "eclectic" sex life needs to be a secret. This btw is not just in the bible-belt. To my knowledge it applies even in fairly liberal states such as Wa, Or, and Ca. I know it applies in WA because my father is a (retired) teacher in WA.
