Necromancer in charge of the squad. Muscle was provided by a (lotr movie type) rock troll with an IQ of 7 who had oodles of strength and habit of accidently killing party members. "Friendly trample" and a drunken zombie spell resulted in the brains of the outfit a free willed kobold shaman skeleton (the party couldn't be bothered foraging at one point so he went from a zombie to a skeleton in one meal)
That's why the good guys win--low point limits! :P
