Check the back of the promo card. Does it say "Illuminati New World Order"? Or does it match the cards in the box set you are playing?

Also, where did you get this promo card?

For the time being, I recommend you presume that Media is just an Attribute (and not an Alignment). Especially if your rules book does not mention Media at all (which would be the case if this promo card actually is for INWO instead of "regular" Illuminati)...
