Based on lifting ability, then, I know several superhumans.
Being able to lift twice as much as the average human is
really not as exotic as you're trying to make it sound. Human strength varies enormously and some trained and talented people can indeed lift four times as much as even a healthy young male can do.
And those people are
not 10 foot tall super-aliens.
