I'm running a highly cinematic DFRPG game where I would like to offer the party's Scout character the ability to use the Ricochet enhancement from Power Ups 4: Enhancements.

This would seem to fit nicely with the Special Scout Traits, but at what cost? It's probably less powerful than Heroic Archer (at 20 points).

Alternatively I could offer it as a leveled Trait -- +X points per level, where each level adds one possible ricochet on the way towards the target.

Anyway, any thoughts on how much this should cost would be appreciated.
