Tzeentchnet has been down for years. Unfortunately, the Web Archive doesn't have any of the PDFs hosted on the site archived, and I can't find them anywhere else: https://web.archive.org/web/20101123...ranshuman.html

I'm most interested in the Tech Book with its aerial vehicle design system.
