Do we know which Superior the Seneschal of Auschwitz serves, or what band they are?

I tried Night Music, The Marches, Heaven & Hell, and Liber Castelorum, and I'll I came up with is that the tether is forked between Saminga & Beleth - but I might have missed a line, especially if it wasn't bunched with the tether write-ups.
