It's on ebay all the time, including right now. Usually goes for 15 - 20 bucks, I paid 18. I hate paying a lot for the promo stuff too since the people selling them get them for free, but they never come to the east coast where I am, so I don't get much choice. Gets pretty expensive collecting the free promos.
