I also noticed that there are two contestants for the 2009 worldcon: Kansas City, and His Most Holy Earthly Home, Montreal. Let us praise Him for not yet having punished Kansas City with a Tunguska event for such impertinence. Truly He is most benevolent and merciful and forgiving. But I hope and believe that He wouldn´t mind if many of us would take part in the site selection to make sure that many more pilgrims will find the way to His city.
