That actually seems to fit Marvel's guidelines more or less. Near as I can tell, by Marvel Comics reckoning a normal human is able to "press" his own body weight. That maps pretty well to ST 10, BL*8 lift. A side note - I've seen references to Cap's ST as being a little higher - authors don't seem to be consistent.
