[Basic][Powers] Five point powers
In a campaign which uses a lot of magic as powers, we unexpectedly found ourselves in an extremely high magic zone, and the GM told us this was a valid excuse for buying new powers. I only had 4 unspent points, but was surprised to be able to create something immediately useful for the investigative side of the campaign:
Psychometry [20] Reliable (+2 to IQ roll) +10%, Magical -10%, Costs 4 Fatigue -20%, Preparation Required 10 minutes -30%, Takes Recharge 1 hour, -30%. Total -80%, 4 points.
The obvious improvement, which costs a net 2 points, is to take Sensitive +30%, for more detail, and Active Only -20%, both from Powers p69.
What else is cheap and non-abusive?
