Sure, if the GM says "The only way you can have this is by using the Cosmic modifier"
But if I were that GM I would try really hard to find a solution that didn't require it, or nested allies in general, or allies at all.
Yep, my main problem is with the Ally advantage, and it's cost, especially for summoning stuff with a very specific purpose
