3: Light Infantry, but with an adjustment made to the lens - he should probably use a staff or spear that shoots magical projectiles, so his weapon skills would be Staff or Spear for melee and Innate Attack (or whatever you use for staff weapons) for ranged.
Light cavalry is honestly tempting, considering the Gerudo were horse archers in
Ocarina of Time, but I don't think such a character would integrate quite as readily into SG1 - also, the staff weapon seems like it would be cumbersome to shoot from horseback (being comparable to a full-size rifle), and I really want G'annan using one of those.

NO, for the same reason as Kessendeja (also, being SM+0 means he'll fit in with SG1 more readily, as he won't absolutely tower over everyone).
