Already posted this to Five Earths, but it occurs to me that this is also relevant here:

How William Fairbairn Created the Modern SWAT Team in Warlord Era Shanghai (a bit over 21 minutes long). W. E. Fairbairn is still with the Shanghai Police in 1938. He's one of those very rare larger-than-life pulp heroes that actually existed in real life.

Thoughts?
