See, this is a hook I can use. Being dumb is being dumb, but having a yen for fancy hats you shouldn't touch and may be cursed, but you're gonna touch anyways because FANCY...well. DOOM.

Said character is a magical mutant, so they'd need to remove a Social Stigma (Magical Freak) first - or swap it for a disad. Both could work.
