The Basic Set file does not include attribute limits of 20. If you're seeing those limits, they're being set by one of the files you're loading. (My guess would be that it's the GURPS Dungeon Fantasy 3 file.)

Note that GCA4 also allows you to change the maxscore() tag. Edit the Attribute, click on Full Edit Window, and it's the maxscore row.

Finally: Thanks! I'm glad you like GCA5. I'm working on some initial documentation right now, then hopefully we'll work on getting GCA5 officially released.
