question about materials cost for charm/elixir vs amulet/talisman
M220 under Time and Cost to Make mentions:
1) charm/elixir are same amount of COST to make
2) amulet/talisman take 10x the TIME to make
It then follows up with "GM may vary time or cost to make charms more or less available"
What should the cost of materials be for the amulets/talismans though? Also 10x?
