Presuming you mean it was in one of the old revisions of GURPS Horror, if you search on
www.nobleknight.com, they have both 1st and 2nd edition GURPS Horror available (they have been reliable in all orders I have placed). GURPS Horror 3rd edition is of course available in PDF through e23.
