I've had Prophetic Dreams as part of my supernatural games for a while: Precognition (Dreaming, -70%; Passive Only, -20%) [5].

In some, I also allow Focused Kata for the weapon masters and such: Extra Attack 1 (Costs Fatigue, 1 FP, -5%; Maximum Duration, 2d+3 seconds, -75%; Multi-Strike, +20%; Single Skill, -20%) [5]. And before anyone points it out, yes, I use 5-15 seconds to make sure the MaxDur limitation is worth it.

If you want more inspiration, rifle through GURPS Psionic Powers -- there are about two dozen abilities with starting costs of 5 points or less (not to mention a ton of perks).
