That is generally why I have been trying to find fixes that make skills and techniques a better buy. I was thinking of allowing character to receive an Expertise Point for every 8 CP invested in skills and techniques. Expertise Points would function as Luck for known skills and techniques, would replenish every game session, and would represent the edge of expertise.
