I don't see a workshop module included in the plans for the
Hero-class vessels. The rules only specify that a workshop is necessary for ships much, much larger that the
Hiawatha. But, having said that, I have no problem with an ersatz workshop being made from some of the (limited) waste space in lower engineering. What were the rest of you thinking, if you had ideas about this situation?
