Both Sherlock Holmes and Leonardo Da Vinci were given stats in GURPS classic.
Sherlock Holmes appeared in Horror 1e: IQ 16
Leonardo Da Vinci appeared in Whos Who: IQ 18 though as I mentioned before that is likely highballing it a bit.
