This isn't the "real" TSR - the original no longer exists, and the only real connection to the original is that the crew worked for or was related to those who worked for the original TSR.
Plus they've appropriated the artwork that remains property of Wizards, as the owner of the original IP, and registered it as their own trademarks, while having admitted they don't have any rights from the original.
Basically, it looks like Ernie Gygax et al setting themselves up for a major bit of litigation to me. (Sure, the trademark was abandoned, but the neat thing about artwork based trademarks is that the mark itself is also copyrighted art.)
