Okay, I feel like I'm missing something, but I'm trying to make a character using the Parapsychologist template from GURPS Psis, p. 16. It's supposed to be a 150 point template, but I can't seem to make the math work. It's possible this is a mistake on my end, as I find the way templates are written a little hard to parse. So:

80 points in Attributes
77 points in Advantages: 10 pts on Talent, let's say they took the Foolishness package so that's 36 points of Advantages and 1 point of Perk, another 30 points in Advantages
50 points in Disadvantages: 20 points from one list, 30 from another
9 points in Primary Skills: 4 in Expert Skill, 1 in either Psychology (Parapsychology) or Psychology, another 4 points off of a small list
8 points in Secondary Skills
3 points in Background Skills
13 points in skills and techniques from the Foolishness package

Adding everything up, 80 (Attributes)+77 (Advantages)-50 (Disadvantages)+33 (Skills) is...140. Not 150. Has the template actually been shortchanged, or am I not counting something correctly?
