That sounds tricky, your arm doesnt stick out straight to the side very well, it seems possible, but would put uncomfortable strain on your arm
Now turning where you are most of the way sideways and shooting one handed is pretty common, its how I was taught the shoot a pistol and how most of the people my parents age also seem to shoot
