I use half the value of Temporary Disadvantage instead, since taking Temporary Disadvantage (Bad Grip) would normally mean that, when you use the advantage, you'd get Bad Grip applied to
all your limbs. Half the value seems reasonable to me for "you get Bad Grip, but only on the limbs with this limitation".
